海陽核電主變壓器中性點(diǎn)直流偏磁抑制措施的研究

摘 要:實(shí)地測(cè)量和數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,海陽核電1 號(hào)機(jī)組主變?cè)胍艏罢駝?dòng)超標(biāo)與直流偏磁具有明顯的正相關(guān)性。闡述了抑制直流偏磁的方法,提出了中性點(diǎn)增設(shè)電容型隔直裝置的方案及隔直裝置的選型原則。通過對(duì)主變中性點(diǎn)絕緣水平、系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)、系統(tǒng)過電壓三方面進(jìn)行分析,說明主變中性點(diǎn)增設(shè)容抗為0.51Ω的隔直裝置后,解決了變壓器直流偏磁問題,且不會(huì)對(duì)現(xiàn)有電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。

Haiyang Nuclear Power Main Transformer Neutral Point

Abstract: The field measurement and data analysis show that it has the positive correlation between the noises and vibration of Haiyang nuclear power 1# Unit main transformer and the direct current (DC) magnetic bias. This paper expounded the method of suppressing the direct current (DC) magnetic bias and proposed the neutral point addition capacitive type direct current blocking device scheme and the type selection principle of direct current blocking device. By analyzing the impact of the main transformer neutral point insulation level, system relay protection and system over-voltage, the problem of transformer DC magnetic bias could be solved after adding 0.51 Ω capacitive reactance DC blocking device at the side of main transformer neutral point. Meanwhile, there is no negative influence on the safe operation of the existing power grid.
