安全帶懸掛裝置在特高壓GIS中的應(yīng)用與分析

    摘 要：特高壓絕緣金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備GIS 本體距地面最高達(dá)3.6 m，進(jìn)行檢修工作時(shí)，存在安全帶無處懸掛、低掛高用導(dǎo)致工作人員移動(dòng)作業(yè)時(shí)失去保護(hù)的問題。研制了一種1 000 kV GIS 專用安全帶懸掛裝置，給出了該裝置示意圖，闡述了其創(chuàng)新特點(diǎn)及裝置優(yōu)點(diǎn)。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析，該安全帶懸掛裝置有效消除工作中人員高空墜落的安全隱患，提高了工作效率，滿足了《電力安全工作規(guī)程》要求。

Application and Analysis of Safety Belt Hanging Device in Ultra High Voltage Gas-Insulated Metal-enclosed Switchgear

    Abstract: The ultra high voltage gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear ontology is apart from the ground up to 3.6meters. When the overhaul is conducted, there exists the problems such as safety belt suspended, low-hanging high-using, which leads to the workers losing protection during mobile operation. A kind of 1 000 kV gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear dedicated safety belt hanging device was developed and its schematic diagram given. This paper expounded its characteristics of innovation and device advantages. After onsite testing and economic benefit analysis, this safety belt hanging device effectively eliminates the workers falling potential safety hazard and raises the working efficiency, meeting the requirements of electric power safety working regulation.
