1 100 kV隔離開關(guān)靜弧觸頭改進(jìn)分析

摘 要:根據(jù)1 100 kV 隔離開關(guān)(DS) 靜弧觸頭的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及工況建立力學(xué)模型,并利用力學(xué)模型對國產(chǎn)化靜弧觸頭進(jìn)行改進(jìn),經(jīng)對1 100 kV DS 靜弧觸頭的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算和有限元分析,給出了合適的靜弧觸頭改進(jìn)方案。通過實(shí)測改進(jìn)后的國產(chǎn)DS 靜弧觸頭壓變力,確立合適的DS 靜弧觸頭尺寸,滿足了工程實(shí)際需求。

Analysis of 1 100 kV Disconnecting Switch Static Arc Contact Improvement

Abstract: According to the structure characteristics and working condition of 11 00 kV disconnecting switch (DS) static arc contact, this paper established the mechanical model, by which the domestic static arc contact was improved. After the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of mechanical property in 11 00 kV DS static arc contact, this paper gave the improved suitable static arc contact scheme. The pressing deformation force of improved domestic DS static arc contact was carried out actual measurement to establish the suitable size of DS static arc contact so as to fit the engineering requirements.
