新型遮陽罩結(jié)構對離相封閉母線溫升特性影響分析

    摘 要:傳統(tǒng)的遮陽罩不僅阻力大,其散熱效果也不夠理想。為了降低日照強度對母線產(chǎn)品溫升的影響,就設計開發(fā)出的一種新型遮陽罩,從遮陽罩溫升、母線外殼溫升、母線導體溫升三個方面與傳統(tǒng)遮陽罩進行了對比試驗。結(jié)果表明:新型遮陽罩降溫效果優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)遮陽罩,風阻也得到很大減小,并且新型遮陽罩自身重量比傳統(tǒng)遮陽罩輕,在減少工程用材的同時減輕了設備總體重量。

Research on Influence of Phase Enclosed Bus Temperature Rise
Characteristic by New Type Sunshade Structure

    Abstract: The traditional sunshade not only has large resistance but also has unsatisfactory effect of heat dissipation. In order to reduce the influence of sunlight intensity on the bus product temperature rise, a new type of sunshade was designed to carry out the comparative trial with the traditional sunshade from three respects of sunshade temperature rise, bus enclosure temperature rise, bus conduct enclosure temperature rise. The results show that the cooling effect of the novel sunshade is superior to the traditional one, and the wind resistance is less than the old sunshade. In addition, the new sunshade is lighter than the traditional one, reducing the engineering materials and reducing the overall weight of the device at the same time.
