基于Taguchi方法的復(fù)合絕緣子用均壓環(huán)的設(shè)計研究

    摘 要:以220 kV 用復(fù)合絕緣子模型為依托,通過Ansoft Maxwell 有限元軟件計算復(fù)合絕緣子電場和電壓分布。將Taguchi 優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法應(yīng)用到均壓環(huán)設(shè)計場合,分析了Taguchi 方法所用的優(yōu)化參數(shù)、優(yōu)化目標(biāo)和取值范圍,并建立正交表;通過有限元方法求解正交表,得出優(yōu)化參數(shù)對優(yōu)化目標(biāo)影響所占的比重,為均壓環(huán)多參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計提供了選擇規(guī)律。根據(jù)Taguchi 方法分析結(jié)果,最終優(yōu)化后的均壓環(huán)尺寸使得優(yōu)化目標(biāo)滿足要求。

Optimal Design of Corona Ring for Composite Insulators Based on Taguchi Method

    Abstract: Based on the 220 kV composite insulator model, this paper calculated the electric intensity and voltage distribution of composite insulators using the software Ansoft Maxwell. The optimum Taguchi method was applied in the corona ring design. This paper analyzed the optimal parameters, the optimal object and their value range, and established the orthogonal matrixes. The finite element method was used to solve the orthogonal matrixes to obtain the proportion of each optimal parameter’s impact on the optimal object, which provided the selection rule for the multi-parameter optimization design of corona ring. The results of Taguchi method show that the size of the optimized corona ring meets the requirements of optimal objects.
