    摘 要:為了保證斷路器脫扣特性試驗(yàn)的輸出電流為正弦電流,對(duì)該試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行了研究,并提出了一種基于LabVIEW 的虛擬檢測(cè)技術(shù),以PIC18F4620 單片機(jī)為核心的選相裝置的設(shè)計(jì)思路。給出了軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)過程,將設(shè)計(jì)出的裝置應(yīng)用于斷路器的脫扣極限和特性試驗(yàn),較好地消除了電流中的非周期分量,且實(shí)現(xiàn)了具有控制、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)處理、波形顯示等功能的脫扣特性檢測(cè)。

Circuit Breaker Tripping Characteristics Detection Technology Based on LabVIEW

    Abstract: In order to ensure that the output current is sinusoidal in circuit breakers tripping characteristics testing, this paper researched the testing method, raised the design idea of LabVIEW virtual detection technology with the microcontroller PIC18F4620 as the core phase selection device and gave the design process of software and hardware. The designed device was applied in the circuit breakers tripping limitation and characteristics testing to nicely eliminate the aperiodic component of currents, realizing the tripping characteristics testing with the functions of control, data acquisition, data processing and waveform display.
