    摘 要:以一臺(tái)2 極3 kW 的三相異步電機(jī)為例,對(duì)比分析鑄鋁轉(zhuǎn)子和鑄銅轉(zhuǎn)子對(duì)電機(jī)性能的影響。利用有限元法建立了電機(jī)的二維電磁場(chǎng)模型,對(duì)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子分別采用鑄銅和鑄鋁時(shí)電機(jī)的起動(dòng)性能、堵轉(zhuǎn)特性、磁場(chǎng)分布、導(dǎo)條渦流分布、功率因數(shù)以及效率進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,得出了轉(zhuǎn)子材料對(duì)各個(gè)參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律,及當(dāng)電機(jī)采用鑄銅轉(zhuǎn)子時(shí)所呈現(xiàn)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),為異步電機(jī)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Study of Influence of Cast Copper Rotor on Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor Performance

    Abstract: Taking a 2-pole 3 kW three-phase asynchronous motor as an example, this paper contrastively analyzed the influence of cast aluminum rotor and cast copper rotor on the motor performance. This paper used the finite element method to establish the two-dimension electromagnetic field model to carry out contrastive analysis of starting performance, locked-rotor characteristic, magnetic field distribution, conducting bar eddy distribution, power factor and efficiency when the cast aluminum rotor and cast copper rotor were individually applied in the motor. The influence rule to each parameter from rotor material was obtained, as well as the advantages and disadvantages appeared when the motor adopted cast copper rotor, so as to provide references for the optimization design.
